Raspberry Ketones

When this weight loss supplement became popular, DRS Oz mentions it in his TV show. But there is not enough evidence to support these claims that raspberry ketones can help humans lose weight.

Forskolin

Forskolin is an extract from the coleus Forscolli plant. It is advertised as a dietary supplement, carb blender and fat burner. But there is little evidence to support its use as a weight-loss supplement

Chromium

Chromium: Sometimes referred to as chromium picolinate, products containing this substance are often claimed to help burn calories and reduce appetite. However, while some research has shown a small association between chromium and weight loss, there is not enough evidence to support a more substantial claim. While chromium is generally considered safe, weight loss is unlikely.

Green Tea

Green tea can be drunk or taken as a pill. It is always used to lose weight, improve mental awareness, or lower blood pressure. While green tea is safe to drink in moderate amounts, there is little evidence to support its use as a long-term weight loss supplement.

Hoodia

This herb is sold as an appetite suppressant. 19 Hoodia is obtained from the flowering cactus plant (Hoodia gordonii) and is drunk in tablet, tablet, or powder form. The 2019 review report does not have enough scientific evidence to support the claim that a hoodia is an effective form of long-term weight management.
