BTS’ J-Hope donates 100 million won for children in Tanzania, Africa : Bollywood News

J-Hope, a member of Grammy-nominated South Korean band BTS, has donated 100 million won (approximately Rs. 65,93,631) to children at risk of violence in Tanzania through a Seoul-based charity.

On Tuesday, it was reported that the musicians made the donation ahead of Children’s Day in South Korea on May 5, according to Korean tabloids, which were donated by Jay-Hope through the ‘One Step Center’, which works to prevent violence against children.

On his birthday in February 2021, he also donated 150 million won (approximately Rs 98 lakh) to ChildFund Korea to help children with disabilities. On August 20, 2020, Jay-Hope donated 100 million wins (approximately Rs. 65 lakhs) to a local charity in South Korea. They wanted to help children suffering from economic hardship amid the Covid-19 crisis. The rapper is also one of the members of the Green Noble Club who has donated 100 million wins.

ChildFund Korea is one of the most influential international non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Korea working for the welfare of children.

Meanwhile, on the work front, BTS will release their new single ‘Butter’ On May 21. This is a dance-pop track with the simple yet impressive charm of BTS. The song is the second English single below ‘Dynamite‘Published in August last year.
