Satara: Civil society officials at the popular hill station Mahabaleshwar have asked a private club to shut down its golf course ground after a video of businessman Anil Ambani walking there went viral on social media.
Sources close to news agency PTI said Mr Ambani, who is in Mahabaleshwar with his wife Tina and children, was recently seen taking an evening walk on a golf course.
A notice issued by Mahabaleshwar Council Chief Officer Pallavi Patil warned that action would be taken under the Disaster Management Act, Indian Penal Code and the Epidemic Diseases Act if Mehsana people do not ban people from coming for morning or evening walks during the current bans. Have given.
